What is the deal with the vicious 50 year sentence given former Sawyer ND School Superintendent Charles Soper - for a sexual liaison with a 15 year old male - not his student? Commentators in ND have pointed out that female educators in ND who have sex with their own students often serve no time - or little time with little probation and sometimes are not required to register as a sex offender.
